Ingredients of Veggie Omelette

  1. It's of Chopped fresh spinach.
  2. You need of Green bell pepper.
  3. You need of Red, yellow, orange peppers.
  4. It's of Portabella mushrooms.
  5. Prepare of Purple onion.
  6. You need of Fiesta blend shredded cheese.
  7. Prepare of Shredded pepper jack cheese.
  8. Prepare 3 of large eggs.
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of 2% milk.

Veggie Omelette instructions

  1. Chop\ dice all veggies, set aside.
  2. Heat skillet (non stick skillet)or use cooking oil spray to spray skillet before heating.
  3. Place veggies in skillet and allow them to saute.
  4. Add seasoning while cooking: black pepper, garlic, parsley, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning & a pinch of pink Himalaya salt. Set aside when done.
  5. In a small bowl wisk eggs & tsp of milk. Pour in heated skillet. Once the egg batter began to bubble at the bottom add sauteed veggie in the middle of the eggs & add cheese.
  6. Fold the omelette & flip as it browns.
  7. Place on a plate & enjoy.
