- You need 250 gr of mie basah, rebus, kmudian di air fryer.
- You need 200 gr of dada ayam, iris rendam dg rajarasa.
- You need 100 gr of udang kupas.
- You need 3 bj of baso ikan, iris.
- It's 2 bj of jamur.
- Prepare 1 btr of telur.
- It's 1 bh of wortel.
- Prepare secukupnya of sawi hijau.
- Prepare secukupnya of brokoli.
- You need 2 siung of bawang putih, geprek cincang.
- You need 2 butir of bawang merah, iris tipis.
- You need 1/2 bj of bawang bombay, iris.
- You need 1 sdm of saus tiram.
- You need 1 sdm of kecap asin.
- Prepare 1 sdt of kaldu jamur.
- It's secukupnya of garam, gula, merica.
- Prepare 1 ltr of air.
- You need secukupnya of maizena.
- You need 1 sdt of minyak wijen.
I fu mie instructions
- Mie kering yg sudah di air fryer tata di piring.
- Tumis bawang bombay, bawang putih, bawang merah, jahe hingga wangi.
- Tambahkan ayam, udang, jamur, baso. Tumis hingga matang. masukkan wortel, brokoli, sawi hijau.
- Tambahkan garam, gula, merica. aduk rata.
- Tambahkan air tunggu sampai mendidih.
- Masukkan saos tiram, kecap asin, dan kaldu jamur.
- Tambahkan telur sedikit demi sdikit sambil kuahnya diaduk.
- Kalau sudah mendidih, masukkan larutan maizena. sesuaikan dg kekentalan yg diinginkan. Tambahan minyak wijen..
- Siram di atas mie kering..
