- You need 1 ekor of ikan cakalang.
- You need 4 siung of Bawang merah.
- It's 3 siung of bawang putih.
- You need 1 sdt of Kunyit bubuk.
- It's secukupnya of Asam Jawa.
- Prepare 500 ml of Air.
- It's of Garam.

Pallubasa Ikan Cakalang step by step
- Bersihkan ikan & potong2 jgn terlalu besar/kecil ya, cuci bersih agar darah ikannya kluar, kemudian marinasi pke air asam kurleb 10 menit..
- Tumis bawang merah & bawang putih, tambahkan air kurleb 500ml, masukkan ikan berserta air asamnya, masukkan kunyit bubuk & cabe rawit.. rebus hingga masak.
