- Prepare 1 gelas belimbing of gula pasir.
- You need 10 sdm (180 gr) of tepung tapioka.
- It's 3 sdm of tepung terigu protein rendah.
- Prepare 3 sdm of tepung terigu protein sedang.
- Prepare 2 sdm of margarin (cairkan).

- Didihkan bahan A, diamkan hingga hangat2 kuku, kemudian disaring..
- Campur bahan B, diamkan selama 15 menit, hingga ragi berbuih... Sambil menyiapkan bahan C, blender telur dan gulapasir, hingga larut dan sedikit berbuih..
- Masukkan tepung tapioka, tepung terigu, dan tuang bahan A, blender sampai tercampur rata..
- Tuang hasil blender dlm wadah, masukkan ragi yg sdh diaktifkan, margarin cair, aduk rata..
- Tutup adonan selama 2 jam..
- Panaskan oven dan cetakan yg sdh dioles margarin dan ditaburi tepung..
- Tuang adonan, mulai oven dng suhu 180°C, api bawah,selama 50 menit dng kondisi pintu oven terbuka sedikit(bs diganjal dng sendok kayu)..
- Lanjut dng api atas bawah selama 10-15 menit..
- Setelah matang, angkat dan keluarkan dr oven,,, potong2 saat kue sdh benar2 dingin/suhu ruang...tahan kenyal dan lembutnya walaupun disimpan dlm kulkas..
