- Prepare 5 siung of bwg pth.
- You need 20-30 bh of cabe rawit.

- Tumbuk kencur,bwg pth,cabe rawit,daun jeruk,garam hingga halus,tambahkan kemangi...blh ditumbuk kasar /agak halus...semakin byk kemangi semakin enak...kmrn sy pk lbh kurang 2 genggaman,tambah air jeruk nipis..,air asam jawa(sy cm pk 100ml biar gk trll encer...aduk semua bhn hingga tercmpr rata.cicipi rasanya ...kl kurang asin tmbhkan garam(sy tmbhkan kaldu jamur/penyedap rasa biar lbh gurih)..
