Ingredients of Gulai Cincang
- You need 500 gr of tetelan sapi (150 daging sengkel sisanya tetelan).
- You need 750 ml of air.
- It's 1 buah of santan instan.
- Prepare 2 sdm of minyak goreng.
- Prepare of Bumbu penyedap:.
- It's 1/4 sdt of garam.
- Prepare 1 sdt of kaldu jamur.
- You need 1/4 sdt of kaldu sapi.
- It's 1 sdt of gula pasir (tambahan dari saya).
- It's 2 sdm of air asam jawa.
- It's of Bumbu cemplung:.
- It's 2 lembar of daun salam.
- Prepare 3 lembar of daun jeruk.
- You need 1 batang of serai.
- Prepare 1 sdt of ketumbar bubuk.
- Prepare 1 sdt of bumbu kari instan.
- You need of Bumbu dihaluskan:.
- It's 100 gr of cabe merah (4 cabe merah besar+cabe merah keriting).
- You need 5 siung of bawang merah.
- It's 3 siung of bawang putih.
Gulai Cincang instructions
- Rebus tetelan sapi sampai empuk (saya rebus 1 jam di api sedang dg 1,5lt air) kemudian saring.
- Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus dan bumbu cemplung hingga harum.
- Masukan 500ml air, tunggu mendidih, masukan tetelan yang sudah direbus.
- Masukan semua bumbu penyedap dan santan instan, aduk rata, tutup dan masak kembali di api sedang, saya 25 menit.
